Phase 1 of Pune lockdown:
A strict lockout will be enforced from 13 July to 18 July. None would be permitted to work in the first step of the lockout excluding drug shops, clinics, and dairy suppliers.
Phase 2 of Pune lockdown:
The second shutdown period in Pune is scheduled to be implemented from July 18 to July 23. In addition to food, in which food, drug stores, clinics, other shops relevant to essential services would be able to stay open throughout this time.
The decision to impose the lockdown was taken here, the official said, in a meeting chaired by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and District Guard Minister Ajit Pawar.
